Dear friends of the blog. Don’t, be alarmed by the title of this post, or by what I’m about to say, but this time I feel like it’s going to be a bit of a brain-splurge and a selfish request that you all keep me in your prayers during the next few weeks as we gear up for Holy Week and the liturgical highlight of the year, the Holy Week Triduum.
If you don’t know what the Triduum is, it’s the three services that go from Maundy Thursday to Good Friday and then to the joyful celebration of the resurrection on Saturday evening. I was very anxious about it last year because it was my first one in charge and there is so much to prepare and remember. But, this year, having done it once, I’m really looking forward to it.
